Dear Sudo Study Team, I recently subscribed to your platform, but I am experiencing significant issues with the website. It is very slow, and many features are not functioning properly. The questions are not visible, making it difficult to solve them. Please look into this issue and fix it as soon as possible. I would appreciate a quick resolution so I can fully utilize the platform. Thank you!

I was buying some subjects subscription and it said that I am already subscribed so it will not let me pay for another subject. I tried unsubcribing to my current one and try to purchase but still get the message " you are bought a subs" but I cannot access the subject. kind regards

I have already subscribed to physics and chemistry ( a level) but I cannot purchase a subscription for biology now. Please could you help?

Wanted to leave my feedback but ended up creating a bug lol. Even shakespeare once wondered, to sudo or pseudo, that's the real question! Overall tool is amazing and it has improved a lot over the years. It's really helpful for the students. I myself wanna go back in time, get enrolled in O/A levels and solve exam questions here :D Too late for me but my kids would love to use it :D

Students cannot change their answer after select one options. Please allow them to change their answer because they told me it was locked in.

Students cannot see "submit/finsih" button clearly on the top when using their phone. If you can write the word "submit" inside the button. please

Does it work for Biology? Looks like it is only for physics. I cannot pick biology topics, only physics.

Students say that they do not know instinctively how to move to next question. Maybe add the word "next question" next to the allow. I know it is basic stuff but kids always are unaware.
